Food pick up and "Snow Packs" available at ELHS on November 23 and 24

Due to the closure of Edward Little and Auburn Middle School next Monday and Tuesday, and to ensure that all of our students have access to meals on school days, we will have meal bags available for contactless pickup for anyone age 18 and under in the parking lot at Edward Little on Monday and Tuesday, November 23 & 24, from noon to 1 p.m. One breakfast and one lunch per student will be provided for each pick up. Weather permitting, Wednesday, November 25 will be a meal delivery day as regularly scheduled.

We will also be using the Edward Little pickup location each of the two days to offer "snow packs", available for any Auburn students age 18 and under who need them. A "snow pack" consists of shelf-stable breakfast and lunch kits to be consumed in the event of a future inclement weather day when students will learn remotely from home rather than at school. Up to 2 snow packs are available per student.

Please follow all recommendations on mask-wearing and social distancing throughout the pickup process.

For more information, or if you need assistance accessing meals, please visit the Auburn School Department website, or call the Nutrition Program at 333-6658.
