Printer Setup Instructions

OS 10.3

Step 1: Open the Printer Setup Utility. Click the "Add" button.



Step 2:  Select IP Printing from the list.



Step 3: Enter the printer IP address into the "Printer's Address" box. Note - do not use the numbers shown in the example. You need the correct address for the printer you wish to use.



Step 4: Select the Manufacturer and Model of the printer, then click "Add".


Step 5: The printer has now been added. You can rename it to something more sensible by clicking on the "Show Info" button.



Step 6: In the Printer Name box, rename the printer to any name you choose.
